Wonder where California tax is spent?

I was looking at constant complaint from CA governor about how we don’t have enough money in budget inspite of highest state tax and sales tax in the country.

I don’t know about other states but the list of agencies under CA state govt. might be a start. A-G listing here .. H-Z i will let you find that online http://www.ca.gov/About/Government/agencyindex.html .. was tiered to get the rest in here.

Even assuming these agencies have hand full to hang the board, respond to emails and polish their desks that is one BIG waste of tax payers money. Is this a good place to start consolidating ????
