Gartner says Worldwide SaaS Revenue to Grow 22 Percent in 2009

The market for software as a service (SaaS) is forecast to reach $9.6 billion in 2009, a 21.9 percent increase from 2008 revenue of $6.6 billion, according to Gartner, Inc.
